钢板激光多次扫描弯曲成形的数值模拟

Abstract:A three-dimensional elastoplastic nonlinear thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model was built up using the finite element analytical software MSC.Marc, which described the bending process in a steel plate following multiple irradiation of laser. The temperature field, stress field and displacement field of steel plate during laser bending process were calculated. The displacement of a point at free-edge of the plate and the temperature of three points in bottom surface of the plate were measured at real time in experiments. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results. The reasons that the bending angle decreases with the increase of irradiation times are analyzed by using the built model.
