Abstract: 环件的几何参数对惯性摩擦焊接轴向缩短量的影响很大.建立了惯性摩擦焊接过程的轴对称模型,运用大变形弹塑性有限元法分析了GH4169合金环件内径和壁厚对轴向缩短量的影响规律.研究表明:当环件壁厚给定时,轴向缩短量随着环件内径的增大呈先增大后减小的规律;当环件内径给定时,轴向缩短量随着壁厚增大而快速减小,直至壁厚超过某一临界尺寸;轴向缩短量的计算数据与实验数据符合较好.
