Abstract:Commercial software STAR-CD is employed to simulate the thermal conductivity of ZrO2 hollow sphere by analyzing the thermal insulating scheme of exhaust pipe. Numerical simulation is made to the coupling model of exhaust pipe. The influence of the thickness of thermal insulating materials, the emissivity and the type of thermal insulation on the insulation effectiveness is analyzed. A compact insulation scheme is obtained by matching the thermal insulating materials and the vacuum layer.
