钢壳陶瓷排气道气缸盖中试关键技术研究与应用

Abstract:The key technology including CAD/CAM of the mould of steel shell exhaust port with 2 mm thickness and the cast technique of the steel shell exhaust port and cylinder head is described in detail. Experiments show that the type of BF8L513 wind-cooled, turbo-charged diesel engine equipped with the new designed cylinder head increases by 9.4 percent in power output while keeping the maximum torque. The mean temperature of the cylinder head decreases by 5.6��C under the rated condition,and by 1.9��C under the maximum torque condition. The reliability test with 1500 hours full load and the heat shock test with variable conditions are completed successfully. 50000 km road test further demonstrates its great reliability in practice. Now the manufacturing equipment has a capability to produce 4000 cylinder heads per year.
