一种微槽群平板热管传热性能的数值和实验研究

Abstract:提出了一种具有整体式微槽群吸液芯的新型平板热管.该新型平板热管具有散热效率高、机械强度高、制造工艺简单、重量轻、成本低等优点.建立预测平板热管传热传质特性的数学模型,获得了平板热管内蒸汽和液体的温度场、压力场以及速度场.对新型平板热管的传热性能进行实验研究,结果发现,新型微槽群平板热管的导热系数可达到其管壳材料导热系数的12.3倍,并且具有良好的均温特性.数值模拟的结果与实验测量结果吻合良好.
