Abstract: 介绍一种制作Yb3+/Er3+共掺杂玻璃样品的工艺.实验测量和分析了Yb3+/Er3+玻璃样品的荧光光谱和吸收谱.对Yb3+/Er3+系统的能量转移以及978 nm波长泵浦下不同Yb3+/Er3+浓度配比样品的光谱特性进行了讨论.结果表明,当Yb3+浓度为Er3+浓度(0.5 at.%)的9倍时,荧光强度最强.
