低温甲烷洗工艺中制冷循环的设计与节能研究

Abstract: 低温甲烷洗工艺的冷量是由以产品气CO为工质的制冷循环所提供的,能量消耗很大。为了节省能耗以增加工艺的经济性,通过模拟计算对制冷循环进行分析研究,并根据工艺中制冷的需求与能耗的关系确定了较优的设计参数。同时,精馏塔与制冷系统的关联较为紧密,合理的设计可以降低制冷系统的能耗。
