Abstract: 搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)是一种新型的固相焊接技术,考虑了材料变形对残余应力的贡献,通过所建立的完全热力耦合搅拌摩擦焊接有限元模型,分析了搅拌头的受力状态,并研究了温度分布和接头变形以及残余应力分布三者之间的关系。数值结果显示,焊接过程中温度的小幅波动是搅拌头受力不稳定和焊接构件塑性变形不均匀
