Abstract:本文实现了一种采用智能手机终端的数字视频监控系统。该系统基于H.264视频编码标准,通过RTP网络协议进行传输,最终在采用WindowsMobile操作系统的智能手机上实时解码CIF级别的视频流。本文同时指出了系统设计与实现过程中遇到的问题和解决方法。
