Abstract:The semi-physical simulation solves the problem that mathematical simulation for material condition is too simplify and difficult for modeling, and saves the full-scale test cycle length and costs. This paper takes Jetta sedan AT 1.6 for example, design and develop semi-physical simulation platform for automotive electronics. Firstly, build a platform. Secondly, build the hardware system. Finally, establish semi-physical simulation models of ABS, engine and automatic transmission, develop automotive electronic control systems semi-physical simulation platform, to achieve data communications between semi-physical simulation models and platform hardware system, and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system through tests.
