Abstract:开发了丙烯环氧化反应产物--水、丙二醇和丙二醇单甲醚混合物的分离工艺流程.采用渗透蒸发脱除了大部分水分,并利用双塔流程分离水、丙二醇和丙二醇单甲醚.以UNIFAC热力学方程作为物性计算方法进行了全流程模拟计算,以系统能耗最低为目标,对重要的工艺参数进行了优化.提出的工艺方案可为工业装置设计提供参考.
