纳米ZSM-5沸石分子筛催化新材料的研究与应用

Abstract:我们借助于烃分子探针的物理、化学吸附表征出纳米ZSM-5沸石的短孔道效应和孔口倍增效应;将纳米ZSM-5沸石用于苯烷基化、低碳烃芳构化、烯烃催化裂解和乙二胺(乙醇胺)环化等反应,结果在解决传统沸石分子筛催化剂的积炭失活问题上取得了重要进展,获得了一些工业应用成果。本文全面总结了纳米ZSM-5沸石的物化性质特点和催化特征。在此基础上,结合我们在纳米ZSM-5沸石催化方面的几个工业应用实践,展望了纳米沸石分子筛的应用前景。
