NaOH改性微米TS-1及其丙烯气相环氧化性能研究

Abstract:　　以甲醇为溶剂、以经典法纳米TS-1 为催化剂的丙烯-双氧水液相环氧化生产环氧丙烷新技术(HPPO 工艺)已经工业化了。但HPPO 工艺流程长、溶剂甲醇的分离能耗大、不利于推广应用。自2003 年以来，我们借助于在H2/O2等离子体直接合成气态双氧水方面的研究基础[1]，在国内外率先开展了无溶剂参与的丙烯气相环氧化探索工作。研究表明[2]，无甲醇溶剂参与，丙烯和双氧水照样可以在TS-1 催化剂上通过气相反应直接生成环氧丙烷。
