异晶晶种在ZSM-5沸石分子筛合成中的作用

Abstract:　　本文分别在正丁胺及无胺体系中,研究了Beta、Mordenite(MOR)及MCM-22 三种异晶晶种在ZSM-5 沸石合成过程中的作用。结果表明,Beta 和MOR 沸石因具有与ZSM-5 相同的5-1 次级结构单元而具有晶种作用,MCM-22 沸石的次级结构单元为6-1 和1-6-1 组合型结构,所以没体现出晶种作用。晶种导向作用的本质是溶解并释放晶核。
