小晶粒ZSM-5沸石分子筛的合成条件探索

Abstract:本文考察了搅拌速率、晶种粒度和加料顺序对合成小晶粒ZSM.5沸石分子筛的影响，结果表明：搅拌速率越大、晶种的粒度越小，合成的沸石分子筛的粒度就越小。同时，在酸性介质下成胶更有利于小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛的形成。小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛在大多数催化反应中都显示出比大晶粒ZSM-5分子筛具有更好的催化性能。但是小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛比大晶粒ZSM-5分子筛较难合成。
