硅烷化改性ZSM-5分子筛用于催化脱蜡催化剂

Abstract:利用分子模拟技术,筛选分子大小合适的硅烷化合物A对ZSM-5分子筛进行表面修饰,并对改性分子筛性质进行了表征.结果表明,在改性温度50℃,硅烷化合物A质量分数为5%的条件下,可制备选择性良好的改性ZSM-5分子筛.将其用于制备新型催化脱蜡催化剂,在压力为6.5 MPa,氢气/原料油(体积比)为500,空速为1.0 h-1的条件下,与未改件者相比,前者柴油收率提高了2.7个百分点,凝点降低了2℃.改性后的分子筛对正己烷的吸附选择性增加,对环己烷的吸附含量减小.
