工艺过程及参数对模板法制备多孔炭结构的影响

Abstract:以商品Y型沸石为模板,有机物糠醇、丙烯为碳源,模板法制备具有规则结构的多孔炭。依据糠醇/Y沸石混合物样品的热重分析结果,确定了有机物聚合温度制度;考察了制备工艺过程及其参数对产品结构的影响;采用X射线表征产品多孔炭的结构。结果表明,制备过程及参数对产品的结构有重要影响,采用液相浸渍+气相沉积可以有效的完成模板纳米孔道的填充;在液相浸渍过程中,采用真空和加压两步法,大大的提高了产品炭产率。
