基于模糊仿真优化的保税港区海关卡口通道数配置研究

Abstract: 保税港区海关监管卡口的通道数配置状况对保税港区的作业性能有较大影响.首先,在构建系统运作的排队网络仿真模型的基础上,建立了海关卡口通道数配置的多目标非线性约束整数优化模型;然后结合模糊决策理论,将问题转换为求解Bellman-Zadeh最优解问题,并提出了模糊优化与系统仿真模型相结合的模糊仿真优化方法.实例分析表明,本方法可实现对卡口通道数的优化配置,降低物流作业成本,提高服务满意度.
