摘要:Giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) is a new type of functional materials. The designing of microdisplacement actuator based on it is particular. The work characteristic of GMM is analyzed and the prototype of microdisplacement actuator based on GMM is given. On basis of it, the mathematical model of transfer mechanism of microdisplacement, magnetic circuit, driving coil and cooling part, which are the key parts in actuator is founded. And the designing theories and methods of them are proposed. Moreover, a sample of microdisplacement actuator based on GMM is manufactured using above-mentioned theories and methods and their validity and practicability is verified through experiments.
