摘要:In order to realize the real-time measurement of dimension for hot heavy forging, based on the analysis of forging production requirements and environment, a real-time measurement system of dimension for hot heavy forging is fabricated. The projected target is employed to realize the camera calibration based on the active vision in factory. The image acquisition technology combined with the shot-pass filter and structured light projection is adopted to obtain the geometric information of the forging effectively. The sub-pixel extraction algorithm and the structure light-coding technology are used to extract, match and reconstruct the characteristic points. Measurement results show that the real-time measurement system of dimension for hot heavy forging works well in the forging workshop and the measurement precision is 0.741%, which is accurate enough to meet the production needs.
