Abstract: In a closed-loop supply chain with competing retailers, which was composed of a manufacturer, two retailers and a third-party recycler, considering government subsidy. We built a concentrated model, which is different with previous studies, to compare with a decentralized model. We found the relationship between the forward flow and the reverse flow. It is known that a decentralized model can cause the loss of CLSC system profit under the subsidy mechanism. To achieve maximal welfare and with governmental intervention, a revenue and cost contract was designed.
