Abstract: 纳米氧化镍是近几年来越来越受到重视的气体传感器材料.这里报道用柠檬酸法制备了纳米氧化镍粉末材料.XRD测试表明,在温度800℃焙烧后,得到良好的立方结构纳米氧化镍.TEM测试表明,纳米氧化镍平均粒径65nm,为球状多晶颗粒.
