Abstract: 采用三维数值模拟软件JSCAST计算了ZL114A薄壁件的低压铸造充型和凝固过程,分析了不同工艺条件对充型和凝固过程的影响.模拟结果表明,随着充型压力的增加,充型过程发生飞溅;随着浇注温度和铸型预热温度的增加,铸件凝固时间增加.该模拟结果为优化铸造工艺提供了依据.
