变压变温条件下Y形密封圈静密封特性分析

Abstract: 针对Y形橡胶密封圈在海洋柔性管道接头中服役时的变温变压工况,基于热弹性力学以及热应力分析理论,利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS分析压力和温度同时变化时Y形密封圈变形与应力分布。结果表明:Y形橡胶密封圈截面最大Von Mises应力和接触压力均随着工作压力和温度的增大而增大,但工作压力的影响要大于工作温度。
