Abstract: 以核废料处理工艺中的水泥固化站为背景,介绍了TES水泥固化装桶站的工艺过程、系统构成、硬件选型、程序逻辑以及监控系统组态过程.开发了水泥固化系统,下位机控制器采用冗余结构配置,并采用西门子S7-400H系列大型冗余PLC.为方便工程师对系统的固化流程进行在线的监控与实时的操作,开发了基于Wincc的上位机监控组态软件,并采用2台装有Wincc组态软件的西门子IPC工控机.考虑到故障树能直观反映大型过程控制系统的故障因素,设计了以故障树为基础的故障诊断系统.
