摘要：ECU (Electronic Control Unit) of the engine can not only control the engine, but also can monitor the working condition, diagnostic the faults of engine, generate and save fault code with DSM (Diagnostic System Management) module. This paper introduce a remote engine health management based on DSM and mobile cloud system which can collect the real time working conditions and fault codes of the engine to the Big data cloud platform. With the analysis and processing of these Big data, it can help customers knowing about the engine health condition in time, ant it can give the faults precaution, can improve the availability of the engine. Meanwhile, it can help the manufactories improving the performance and quality of new products.
