Abstract: 采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相组织、扫描电子显微镜、力学性能测试方法对某石油公司制氢车间试车运行仅18h即发生破裂的HP40Nb钢制氢转化炉炉管进行了分析。结果表明:炉管破裂失效的主要原因是高温蠕变破裂,严重超温是导致蠕变发生的直接原因。
