透射电镜辐照条件下VO2(B)向VO2(R)转化的原位研究

Abstract: 本文利用透射电镜(TEM)原位研究了VO2(B)纳米带由B向R物相转变的过程.TEM像和选区电子衍射图(SAED)表明VO2(B)纳米带结晶良好、无缺陷,为单斜相.对VO2(B)纳米带选定区域进行电子束辐照,发现VO2(B)转变为四方相VO2(R).对VO2(B)和VO2(R)的界面分析表明VO2(B)的晶带轴为[112]B,VO2(R)的晶带轴为[001]R;VO2(B)与VO2(R)两相取向关系为:[001]R//[112]B;(120)R//(110)B.
