Abstract:According to the connotation of insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, this paper constructs the comprehensive human all-round development evaluation index system through the selection, screening and rational analysis of human all-round development indicators. It determines the optimal weights of indicators by combining standard deviation and AHP method optimally, grades the indicators by using fuzzy membership theory and establishes comprehensive evaluation model of human all-round development. The paper finally analyzes the development of Chinese human all-round development during the 10th five-year plan period.
