Summary:The principle and main features of the formation of micropowders by Supercritical Anti-Solvent (SAS) process are introduced. A review is made to the present research status and main research findings, especially with the emphasis on the technical feasibility, potential application, present level and existing problems, key problems to be solved for the further development of the process.
