Abstract: 采用ANSYS软件分析了温度载荷对YDC-Ⅲ89车削测力仪弹性环的热变形影响,得出改变弹性环半径尺寸弹性槽宽度不变;在弹性槽间增加螺钉联接可以减少弹性槽的热变形量.在此基础上提出了改进方案,并采用切削热模拟试验得到了温度载荷对传感器预紧力的影响.改进型测力仪的静态指标达到了CIRP-STCC规定的标准.实际切削结果表明:切削热对测力仪输出信号的影响减小了.
