磺化聚芳醚腈砜酮热、氧化及水解稳定性能研究

Abstract: 将自制二氮杂萘酮类双酚(DHPZ),与自制的磺化4,4'-二氯二苯砜(SDCS、商用2,6-二氯苯腈(DCBN)及4,4'-二氟二苯酮(DFK)进行高温缩合共聚合反应,合成了一系列磺化度可任意调控的新型磺化聚芳醚腈砜酮(SPPENSKs)共聚物.采用热失重分析仪(TGA)分析得到磺化度0.80的SPPENSK的5%热失重温度为455.0℃.把此系列聚合物溶解在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中,刮制成膜·研究了SPPENSKs膜的热稳定性、水解稳定性、抗氧化等性质以及离子交换容量IEC等.研究结果表明新型磺化聚合物膜有良好的耐热稳定性、水解稳定性及抗氧化稳定性等.SPPENSK-80膜的IEC为1.32 mmol/g,高于Nafion1135的IEC(0.91 mmol/g).
