摘要：In recent years, the retirees of university library manifest the characteristics of large amount, high level and old age. And the retirees management plays an important role in the construction of harmonious campus. This paper expounds the current status of the retirees management in the library of Dalian University of Technology, probes into the problems existing in the retirees management, and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the retirees management mode of university library.
