摘要：The intellectual property issues of scientific data are important to promote data utilization. This paper analyzes the intellectual property attributes and ownership of scientific data, discusses the mechanism and compatibility problems of common open data licenses,and then makes recommendations based on the practice of data sharing and reusing.
