Abstract: 构建了含有RubisCO Form II基因的可转化大肠杆菌-紫色非硫杆菌穿梭质粒(PMPB-2),将其转化紫色非硫杆菌野生型Rhodopseudomonas palustris No.7和紫色非硫杆菌RubisCO Form I缺陷型Rhodopseudomonas palustris No.7-DFI,获得2株RubisCO基因工程菌MG11和MG14,二者的RubisCO酶活性比对照菌分别提高76.7%和83.3%.连续传40代表明,重组质粒在受体菌中是较稳定的.
