Abstract: Pseudomonas sp.HS-2能以双酚F为唯一碳源、NH4+-N为唯一氮源进行生长,并通过异养硝化好氧反硝化过程脱氮.在35℃,150 r/min和pH=7.0条件下,考察了菌株HS-2降解双酚F的能力及其脱氮性能.结果表明,菌株HS-2能够降解500 mg/L双酚F.并且在最适碳氮比为20的条件下,双酚F和NH4+-N的去除率可分别达到99%和96%.并且发现氨单加氧酶参与了双酚F的降解.氮平衡分析表明,47.7%的初始NH4+-N转化为N2.外加柠檬酸钠或硝态氮对双酚F和NH4+-N的去除有明显的促进作用.
