Abstract:Based on the accumulated experiment experience on equipment development of Key Laboratory of Materials Modification by Laser,Ion and Electron Beams of Ministry of Education,the superior strength of National Key Disciplinary of Plasma Physics,we summarized the research achievements in gas discharge technology,designed and constructed a comprehensive gas discharge equipment platform.Three courses including DC discharge breakdown characteristics,V-I characteristics,electrostatic probe diagnostics were carried out using this platform.In this paper,the design idea and equipment module were recounted,the preparation,the class organization,the experiment skills were described.Moreover,the main problems during the courses and the corresponding solutions were also introduced.
