基于切削力的金属陶瓷刀具表面摩擦系数研究

Abstract:采用金属陶瓷NX2525、YNG151、涂层金属陶瓷PV30、涂层硬质合金YBC251四种刀具分别切削球墨铸铁,根据测得的切削力数据,分析了刀具前刀面摩擦系数及其差异.实验和分析结果表明,与YNG151相比,NX2525的摩擦系数较小,但刀具的耐磨性较低,原因是后者材质中有较高的N含量;在高速情况下,PV30和YBC251的涂层都起到了较好的减摩作用,但是由于基体材料的耐磨性不同,PV30的刀具寿命更长.
