摘要: The effect of filler alloy and soldering flux matching on shearing
strength and width of brazing seam in hi-frequency induction brazing was
investigated systematically through experiments.Based on analyses of the
brazing joint microstructure by means of scanning electron microscope
and electron probe, it is indicated that the maximum shear strength of
the joints can be achieved by using number 1 filler alloy and a 102
soldering flux. A special technical measure was discussed later, and it
is considered as a functional method to enhance the shearing strength of
PCD/YG8 brazing joint.
