Abstract:既有住宅再生已成为西方发达国家住宅开发主要模式.面对既有建筑资源的再利用课题,迫切需要建立多学科、多领域交叉的研究模式来应对.作者通过参与日本首都大学东京(MUT)国际workshop,了解日本和西方发达国家应对住宅再生的经验,并从中得到许多有益的启示.
