基于起裂荷载的混凝土抗冻机理研究

Abstract:研究了混凝土冻融破坏机理,提高其抗冻耐久性.通过从混凝土材料受冻至发生破坏的微观-宏观过程出发.指出混凝土微观裂缝在冻害因素下的扩展是其发生冻害的关键,进而建立了基于起裂荷载的混凝土冻害机理,并提出了全新的混凝土冻融评价方法.以大量试验为基础,讨论了混凝土冻害起裂荷载的影响因素.掺加粉煤灰、微硅粉等矿物掺合料能有效提高混凝土起裂破坏荷载;水胶比越小,起裂破坏荷载越大;提高水泥强度,同样可以提高混凝土起裂破坏荷载.通过掺加掺合料、降低水胶比及提高水泥强度,能够提高混凝土的抗冻耐久性.
