Abstract:通过试验证明，加入适量硫酸铝对于溶解乙炔气瓶填料（轻质硅酸钙材料）具有如下作用：在料浆阶段能够促进料浆凝胶化，防止物料下沉；在蒸压过程中能够产生微膨胀，防止填料收缩，并能够使填料强度显著提高．同时，采用ＤＴＡ、ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ方法对其作用机理进行了研究．
