Abstract:College culture, with teachers and students as the subject, comprises of the physical envi-ronment, organizational behavior and ideological and mental content that are typical of university. Challenges confronting college culture construction mainly include conflict and integration between traditional culture and modern culture, collision between Chinese culture and Western culture, and transition from traditional to modern mode of propagation.
