Abstract:Nancy Fraser re-examined the gender issues by diagnosing the overall situation of gender injustice in capitalist society since the 1990s’ .She made acritical interpretation of the social reality and theory w hich gener-ate the gender injustice ,and reconstructed the theoretical scheme which corrects gender injustice .This justice theoretical framework and alternative scheme which is beyond the national boundaries enriched and promoted the development of contemporary justice theory .These exploratory researches on gender justice in political ,e-conomic and cultural fields ,etc .have great enlightening significance in handling the contradictions of correct redistribution ,and recognizing political representation right to our country currently .
