摘要：Based on construct enterprise value creation ability, through measurement and calculation of the value creation ability of the home and foreign enterprises union, and the demonstration of effect factor of home enterprise value creation ability, the results lead to the home party is much lower than the foreign party. In labor and capital intensive industries, the value creation ability gap between the two parties is large, in technology and knowledge intensive industries; the value creation ability gap between the two parties is small. According to demonstration results, in the union, the value creation ability effect factors of home enterprise are technology level, industry structure and enterprise scale. In order to increase home value creation ability, from the increasing home value creation ability perspective, the essay put forward to the following political suggestions.
