Sharing-development; Overall urban-rural development; Educational concept; Educational system

In recent years, our country has made significant achievements in balancing urban and rural education development, but still existing many problems that deserves attention. They focused on the three aspects that uneven distribution of educational resources, clear differences of educational opportunity and wide differences of educational quality between urban and rural areas. Based on the thorough analysis of urban and rural educational gap, we must adhere to the concept of Sharing-development, narrowing the economical gap between urban and rural, completing the government financial, support, setting, up the overall education thought, changing traditional ideas of rural areas, optimizing the current educational system, improving the mechanism of supervision as well as evaluation to solve these problems.
