Abstract: 深圳福田中心区22、23-1街坊的控制性详细规划在1995年～1998年发生了三次大的调整,在道路形态上,经历了由窄到宽、由疏到密、由不规整到规整、由粗放到精细的变化过程;在地块划分方法上,由量体裁衣式趋向标准化划分.这显示我国未来城市中心区土地规划模式的趋势是"密路网-小街廓-匀质地块".
