Abstract:对低温等离子体烟气脱硫技术中OH自由基发生装置的电极结构及放电特性进行了研究,得到电极结构的参数对放电特性的影响规律:放电电流随针对数增加和针直径的减小而增大. 得到针间距理想值与针板间距的关系式. 实验表明,在一定范围内,水蒸气从针电极喷出的速度对放电电流没有明显影响. 并对大气压下不饱和水蒸气电晕放电中的OH自由基进行了发射光谱诊断.
