Abstract: 介绍一种应用于轧钢生产线钢坯出炉温度和支数的在线测试系统,系统结构为RS485总线通讯网络,采用两个辐射测温仪测量钢坯温度并判断钢坯运行方向,从而实现支数计数功能.系统软件完成温度采集、网络通讯、温度报警、文件管理及钢坯计数等功能.
