Abstract:分析了普通弹簧直接载荷式安全阀、压力自紧先导式安全阀及双作用先导式安全阀的工作原理和由此带来的性能差异,简述了爆破片的类型和各自的主要特点.在此基础上,考虑到操作压力、操作温度、介质特性和经济效益等因素,提出了化工过程安全泄压装置的概念设计树,可使设计者有步骤地确定安全泄压装置.
